Primary Role

  • * Develop and implement strategic marketing business plans for assignedbrands/ products for driving sustainable sales growth and increased brand awareness for existing and future products
  • * To achieve financial goals of revenue & profit and market goals of market share & product perception

Key Responsibilities (with the guidance & support of Sr.Brand manager)

  • * Developand implement strategic business plans for assigned brands
  • * Gain an understanding and expertise of Curatio’sbusiness across all regions / geographies.
  • * Execute strategic and tactical market/marketing analysis to define growth opportunities in line with the business strategy
  • * Prepare annual budget for branding and review periodically
  • * Responsible for all brand promotions items procurement &distribution
  • * Design of all branding collaterals and other material
  • * Utilize research and business analytics to understand the competition and overall industry trends
  • * Utilize social media (digital marketing) to deliver powerful consumer insights to facilitate continued brand growth
  • * Develop and track metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of brands in reaching customers
  • * Develop and implement field sales enablement tools and initiatives, in addition to supporting with any needs for major business presentations, C&F conferences, etc.

Job Specifications

  • * Science / Pharmacy graduates
  • * MBA preferably in marketing
  • * Field Selling experience for at-least 1 year is preferable

  • * Innovation – Generating innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities
