Lemon Oil

Since summer is almost here, we thought we must begin with lemon, a perfect essential to beat the heat. Apart from being antibacterial and helpful for digestion and the immune system, lime oils also help in uplifting your mood. So, this summer here is all you have to do

– Mix lemon oil with your shampoo.

– Detox by drinking a glass of water mixed with a few drops of lemon oil every morning.

– Spray around, and on yourself, some lemon oil mixed with water helps with fragrance and also keeps the bugs away from clothing.

– Break free with lemon oil massages, relieves stress, and improves concentration.

Lavender Oil

Lavender oil is smooth and is the best thing to let your hair down and break-free from all the stress. Not only that, but the oil also helps in easing pain. From migraines to burns and stings, lavender oil is a great remedy for many purposes/healing.

Also, guess what? This one is also recommended for the kids! Lavender oil is a must-have for your child, both during bedtime and a bath. Massage it for your kids every night before going to sleep. Around two tablespoons will do. Plus, the fragrance will give you and your kid a good night’s sleep.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is an excellent antifungal! Being antiseptic it helps in curing cuts and infections. Also, this essential oil helps in keeping the acne away. Beneficial for both dry and oily skin, this oil can be combined with your daily soaps and shampoos. Not only that, when mixed with coconut oil, tea tree oil also works as an anti-dandruff agent.

Tip: Stay lice-free by spraying some tea tree oil mixed with water on your hair!

Eucalyptus oil

Eucalyptus oil has the cure for more than just one problem. The oil works as an insect repellant (works great when mixed with tea tree or lemon oil) and protects the skin from itching. It is popularly known to aid chest congestion, treat arthritis, and acts as a reliever for muscle aches. The oil also rejuvenates your sense and takes away the strain from your body.

Tip: A steam with eucalyptus oil mixed with hot water is always an excellent remedy!

Sandalwood Oil

Sandalwood oil is one of the best essentials to tackle sleep problems. It also works to reduce stress, anxiety, and is highly recommended for depression. And like most oils, sandalwood too helps address skin conditions and relieves back pain as well.

Tip: Add the oil to cotton and place it under your pillow for sound sleep.
